General Information
Event Date: 31st October & 1st November 2025
Venue: Admin Block, KPRIET
Duration: 24 Hours (Non-Stop)
Reporting Time: 8:00 AM on 31st October 2025
Route Map: Will be released on 24th October 2025.
(Coordinators reserve the right to change the rules at any point in time.)
Team Formation
Teams can consist of 2 to 4 members.
Each team must designate a Team Leader to serve as the primary contact.
Team composition must remain the same throughout the entire event. No replacements are allowed.
Hackathon Format & Process
The hackathon is a continuous 24-hour coding event.
Problem statements will be provided at the beginning of the event.
Participants will be evaluated based on creativity, technical execution, feasibility, and presentation skills.
The total number of evaluation rounds will be announced during the inauguration ceremony.
Project Development Guidelines
Original Work: All code must be developed during the 24-hour hackathon period. Submitting pre-developed projects will lead to immediate disqualification.
Third-Party Resources: Teams are permitted to use publicly available libraries, APIs, and frameworks.
AI-Generated Code: Relying completely on AI-generated code is not encouraged.
Code Ownership: All code developed must be the original work of the team. Participants cannot use code or assets created by others without proper permissions or licenses.
Hardware and Software Requirements
Hardware Projects:
Kits and tools will not be provided. Teams are responsible for bringing all necessary components.
Teams must ensure the safe and proper handling of their hardware.
The responsibility for all components and materials required for the prototype lies solely with the participating teams.
Software Projects:
Participants may use any relevant tools, software, and programming languages.
The use of pre-built code or templates is not allowed.
All code must be pushed to a GitHub repository every 2 hours for progress tracking.
Code Submission
The Team Leader must create a private GitHub repository.
The repository must be named in the format: HTH-HACKATHON-.
Only one repository is allowed per team.
Teams must push commits every 2 hours.
Pushing or pulling from the repository is prohibited outside the designated coding period.
The final GitHub repository link must be submitted for evaluation.
General Guidelines
All participants must bring their own laptops, chargers, and any other necessary accessories.
Participants must carry their college ID card for verification at all times.
Event ID cards and the provided T-shirts must be worn throughout the event.
Seeking help from mentors or other teams is not allowed. Cross-team collaboration is prohibited.
Roaming around the college campus during the event is not permitted.
Misconduct or any damage to property will lead to penalties and potential disqualification.
The use of unwanted substances (including drugs or alcohol) is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate disqualification.
Any form of cheating or plagiarism will lead to immediate disqualification.
The decision of the jury is final.
Prizes & Opportunities
Prizes Pool: Worth ₹60,000.
Internship Opportunities: Internships will be provided for the top 7 teams (including prize winners).

Presentation
Each team must present their project to the judging panel.
The presentation should demonstrate the project's functionality, features, and innovative aspects.
Teams should explain the technical challenges they faced and how they were overcome.
Simple ideas or minor modifications of existing solutions will not be accepted.
Internet Access
Internet will be provided during the event.
However, participants are encouraged to bring their own dongles or data cards as a backup.
Code of Conduct
All participants must adhere to a code of conduct that promotes inclusivity, respect, and professionalism.
Any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and will result in immediate disqualification.
Maintain a collaborative and positive environment.
Penalties
Breaking any rule will result in an informed email being sent to the respective college Principal's email ID.
